I have tried to find a way to get AlumaWallets to let me return wallets and get a refund. I was not pleased when I received the wallets and I WANT TO RETURN AND A REFUND. can not get customer service online. HELP !!!!! Their was a miscommunication in the order and they overshipped and I received triple the amount I was ordering. When they arrived I was very dissapointed in the quality of the wallets. I have tried to get them to let me return them and get a refund but they say it is too late. the wallets are still in the box and I desperately want to get them GONE and my money back in my bank account. 1292cf7

Keithspita, You need to call your credit card company right away and dispute the charge; after 60 days from the original purchase you lose that right. Secondly, if the wallets were shipped by the US mail you should talk to your local postmaster or check online for the postal inspector about mail fraud. Third file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Posting your complaint on a forum like this helps the rest of us who bother checking first but for someone such as yourself who've already been burned by Telebrands, you've got to take more aggressive action on your own behalf.
